सोलन ज़िला में राष्ट्रीय लोक अदालत 13 सितम्बर को
ज़िला एवं सत्र न्यायालय सोलन परिसर तथा कण्डाघाट, अर्की, कसौली और नालागढ़ न्यायालय परिसर में 13 सितम्बर, 2025 को राष्ट्रीय लोक अदालत का आयोजन किया जाएगा। यह जानकारी आज यहां ज़िला विधिक सेवा प्राधिकरण सोलन की सचिव आकांक्षा डोगरा ने दी।
आकांक्षा डोगरा ने कहा कि राष्ट्रीय लोक अदालत में विभिन्न मामलों का निपटारा समझौते के आधार पर किया जाएगा। लोक अदालत में आपराधिक कंपाउंडेबल अपराध, चेक बाऊंस मामले, मोटर व्हीकल चालान के मामले, धन वसूली के मामले इत्यादि पर सुनवाई कर निपटारा किया जाएगा।
उन्होंने कहा कि इसके अतिरिक्त लोक अदालत में सड़क दुर्घटना क्लेम के मामले, श्रम विवाद, विद्युत और पानी के बिल, वैवाहिक विवाद, भूमि अधिग्रहण, वेतन, भत्तों और सेवानिवृति से सम्बन्धित मामलों की सुनवाई कर निपटारा किया जाएगा।
ज़िला विधिक सेवा प्राधिकरण सोलन की सचिव ने कहा कि जो मामले अब तक न्यायालय में दायर नहीं हुए हैं, ऐसे मामलों का भी लोक अदालत में निपटारा किया जाएगा। उन्होंने कहा कि लोक अदालत में समय व धन की बचत होती है। लोक अदालत में न्यायालय शुल्क नहीं लगता और पुराने मुकदमे का न्यायालय शुल्क वापिस हो जाता है। लोक अदालत में किसी पक्ष को सजा नहीं होती।
उन्होंने कहा कि कोई भी इच्छुक व्यक्ति अपने मामलों के निपटारे के लिए 13 सितम्बर, 2025 से पूर्व ज़िला विधिक सेवा प्राधिकरण कार्यालय सोलन व ज़िला के सभी न्यायालयों में सादे कागज़ पर आवेदन कर सकता है। जिस अदालत में मामला विचारधीन है उस अदालत में भी आवेदन किया जा सकता है।
