नगर निकाय एवं नगर पंचायत निर्वाचन के दृष्टिगत ‘ड्राई डे’ घोषित
सोलन जिला में 17 मई, 2026 को नगर निकाय एवं नगर पंचायत निर्वाचन के दृष्टिगत ज़िला दण्डाधिकारी सोलन मनमोहन शर्मा द्वारा नियमानुसार निर्धारित अवधि के लिए ‘ड्राई डे’ घोषित करने के सम्बन्ध में आदेश जारी किए गए हैं।
नगर निगम सोलन, नगर परिषद नालागढ़, नगर परिषद परवाणू, नगर पंचायत अर्की तथा नगर पंचायत कण्डाघाट के लिए 17 मई, 2026 को होने वाले निर्वाचन के दृष्टिगत ‘ड्राई डे’ के सम्बन्ध में आदेश जारी किए गए हैं।
इन आदेशों के अनुसार उपरोक्त सभी निर्वाचन क्षेत्रों में मतदान समाप्त होने के लिए निर्धारित समय से 48 घण्टे पूर्व से किसी होटल, खान-पान के स्थान, मदिरालय, दुकान अथवा किसी सार्वजनिक या निजी स्थान पर किसी भी प्रकार के मादक द्रव्यों तथा मदिरा एवं अन्य नशीले पदार्थों का वितरण एवं विक्रय नहीं किया जा सकेगा। यह निर्देश 17 मई, 2026 की सांय 03.00 बजे से मतदान समाप्ति से 48 घंटे पूर्व से प्रभावी माने जाएंगे। यह आदेश 15 मई, 2026 की सांय 03.00 बजे से प्रभावी होंगे।
आदेशों के अनुसार सम्बन्धित मतदान क्षेत्रों में सभी शराब ठेके, बार, होटल, रेस्त्रां, क्लब तथा मदिरा की बिक्री एवं सेवा के लिए प्रयुक्त किए जा रहे सभी संस्थान उक्त अवधि में बंद रहेंगे।
आदेशों की अवहेलना पर विधि सम्मत कार्यवाही अमल में लाई जाएगी।
