ज़िला विधिक सेवाएं प्राधिकरण सोलन के सचिव प्रशांत सिंह नेगी ने कहा कि आम जन के लिए न्याय सुलभ बनाने के उद्देश्य से सर्वोच्च न्यायालय में गत 21 अप्रैल से सर्वोच्च न्यायालय के परिसर में समाधान समारोह-2026 का शुभारम्भ किया गया।
उन्होंने कहा कि इस विशेष अभियान के तहत विभिन्न मामलों का निपटारा आपसी सहमति, संवाद और मध्यस्थता से किया जा रहा है। उन्होंने कहा कि 21, 22 व 23 अगस्त, 2026 को सर्वोच्च न्यायालय के परिसर में विशेष लोक अदालतों के आयोजन का समापन होगा।
सचिव ने कहा कि इस समाधान समारोह के तहत 21 अप्रैल, 2026 से सुलह एवं मध्यस्थता बैठकों का आयोजन आरम्भ हो चुका है। उन्होंने कहा कि यह बैठकें उच्च न्यायालय, राज्य, ज़िला एवं तालुका स्तर पर विधिक सेवा प्राधिकरणों एवं समितियों के अंतर्गत स्थापित मध्यस्थता केन्द्रों में आयोजित की जा रही हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि इन बैठकों में प्रशिक्षित मध्यस्थ एवं विधिक सेवा प्राधिकरण के अधिकारी पक्षकारों के बीच सहमति बनाने में सहयोग प्रदान कर रहे हैं।
प्रशांत सिंह नेगी ने कहा कि सर्वोच्च न्यायालय में लंबित मामलों को आपसी सुलह एवं मध्यस्थता से निपटाने के लिए गूगल फार्म के माध्यम से ऑनलाइन आवेदन की अंतिम तिथि अब 31 जुलाई, 2026 तक बढ़ा दी गई है। उन्होंने कहा कि सर्वोच्च न्यायालय में लंबित मामलों को आपसी सुलह एवं मध्यस्थता से निपटाने के इच्छुक पक्षकारों के लिए यह एक सुनहरा अवसर है।
ज़िला विधिक सेवाएं प्राधिकरण सोलन के सचिव ने अधिवक्ताओं एवं सम्बन्धित पक्षकारों से आग्रह किया कि वह इस विशेष अभियान सक्रिय भागीदारी सुनिश्चित कर अपने मामलों का समाधान करने के लिए आगे आएं।
