ज़िला दण्डाधिकारी एवं ज़िला आपदा प्रबंधन प्राधिकरण सोलन के अध्यक्ष मनमोहन शर्मा ने आदेश जारी किया—
ज़िला दण्डाधिकारी एवं ज़िला आपदा प्रबंधन प्राधिकरण सोलन के अध्यक्ष मनमोहन शर्मा ने मानव सुरक्षा तथा पर्यावरण संरक्षण के दृष्टिगत आपदा प्रबंधन अधिनियम, 2005 की धारा 33 और 34 के तहत प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए आदेश जारी किए है।
आदेशों के अनुसार निजी विकास के लिए पहाड़ियों के कटान, निर्माण गतिविधियों अथवा गैर आवश्यक कार्यों के लिए सभी प्रकार के निर्माण कार्यों पर सोलन ज़िला में प्रतिबंध रहेगा।
आदेशों के अनुसार आपदा प्रभावित अधोसंरचना के पुनरुद्धार, सड़क, जलापूर्ति, विद्युत आपूर्ति तथा आपातकालिन सुविधाओं जैसे महत्वपूर्ण सार्वजनिक कार्यों पर यह आदेश लागू नहीं होंगे।
यह आदेश तत्काल प्रभाव से 31 अगस्त, 2026 तक लागू रहेंगे।
